Engineer - Finishing - Site

About the role

The Engineer – Finishing – Site oversees the execution and quality assurance of all interior and exterior finishing works on construction sites. This role ensures that plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling, and cladding activities are completed on schedule, meet design specifications, and adhere to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day finishing activities, including tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, and façade finishes.
• Review and interpret architectural and finishing drawings to guarantee alignment with design intent.
• Monitor contractor performance, track progress, and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality and compliance with approved mock‑ups and standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to secure necessary materials, tools, and resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising finishing works on construction sites.
• Strong ability to read and apply architectural and finishing drawings.
• Excellent coordination skills with contractors and procurement teams.
• Detail‑oriented approach to quality control and schedule adherence.
