Engineer / Executive Sales – Industrial Hydraulics

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineer / Executive Sales professional to drive business development of Bosch Rexroth’s industrial hydraulics portfolio in the Energy segment. Based in New Delhi, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored drive and control solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the full range of Bosch Rexroth products to allocated customers in the Energy sector.
• Develop and execute effective customer strategies in coordination with the Sales Group Leader.
• Assess customer potential with support from technology experts and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer potential analysis to identify and acquire new accounts.
• Collaborate with the Application Team to offer technology solutions that meet customer value requirements.
• Build relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations (buyer, engineering, quality, project management, logistics, operations, service).
• Coordinate activities across multiple customer sites together with regional sales colleagues.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
