End User Computing L2 Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced L2 support professional to manage and maintain our enterprise End User Computing (EUC) environment. The role involves ensuring reliable delivery of virtual applications, desktops, and endpoint devices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for EUC environments, handling incidents, service requests, and root‑cause analysis within SLA targets.
• Administer Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policy management, and access control.
• Maintain Citrix infrastructure for virtual application and desktop delivery.
• Manage endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune – enrollment, compliance, configuration, and application deployment.
• Support SCCM for software distribution, patching, imaging, and device administration.
• Troubleshoot user access, endpoint configuration, application delivery, device policies, and system performance issues.
• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and policy adherence across all managed devices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and service‑desk teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge‑base articles, and environment documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering L2 support in an enterprise EUC setting.
• Strong understanding of Windows environments and endpoint management.
• Ability to work under defined SLA and incident‑management processes.
