EMT / Paramedic Agent – Breath Analyzer Testing

About the role

The EMT/Paramedic Agent will ensure the accurate implementation of Breath Analyzer (BA) testing protocols at the airport, maintain comprehensive documentation, and support safety and compliance operations in line with DGCA CAR regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all BA testing procedures strictly according to approved SOPs and DGCA CAR guidelines, under CCTV surveillance.
• Monitor testing delays and promptly notify relevant departments for corrective action.
• Maintain accurate records of all tests in the Appendix‑II register and a centralized Excel database, ensuring minimal overwriting and proper countersignatures for any corrections.
• Communicate staff delays and positive BA results to stakeholders following the escalation protocol.
• Provide monthly updates on stationery requirements and stock status to the reporting officer.
• Support alternate operational duties and safety functions as required by management.

Required profile

• EMT, paramedical, nursing or equivalent certification.
• Relevant experience in medical support, BA testing, or safety operations, preferably in an aviation or ground‑handling environment.
• Ability to work shift‑based duties, including nights and emergencies, in an airport setting.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for record‑keeping and data management.
• CCTV monitoring for compliance and audit transparency.
