Employee Services Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Employee Services Operations leader to drive HR service delivery across assigned markets from our Hyderabad Global Shared Services Center. The role will ensure consistent execution of HR processes, compliance and high‑quality service for employees, managers and HR stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for employee services operations, acting as the escalation point for HR service issues.
• Partner with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, technology partners and service delivery teams to translate strategy into practical execution.
• Standardize and scale HR processes to improve service quality and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with global HR policies and local regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support enterprise transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or employee services within a large, global organization.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes and ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing, technology‑enabled environment.
