Employee Experience Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Employee Experience Executive to own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. The role ensures a smooth, engaging experience for all staff while collaborating closely with HR, IT, and administration teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes, including Day 1 induction.
• Serve as the central point of contact for employee lifecycle and HR operations queries.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and other stakeholders to guarantee seamless employee transitions.
• Maintain employee documentation, personal files, and records in compliance with policies.
• Handle Workday queries, transactions, and employee data updates.
• Support absence management and benefits administration.
• Prepare and distribute employee letters and official documentation.
• Assist with background verification (BGV) processes and follow‑ups.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Produce reports, SOPs, and dashboards using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Manage stakeholder communication and resolve queries promptly.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR Operations, or Shared Services.
• Hands‑on exposure to Workday.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
• Understanding of documentation, BGV, absence and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
