Embedded Software Architect (Embedded Connectivity Technologies)

About the role

We are looking for an Embedded Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality embedded software platforms for connected products. The role combines deep technical expertise in C/C++ with system-level architecture across MCU/SoC, RTOS and connectivity technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and system requirements into a complete embedded software architecture, covering drivers, middleware and application layers.
• Design scalable solutions across multiple MCU/SoC platforms, define hardware abstraction layers and integration strategies.
• Architect communication interfaces and integrate RF/Wi‑Fi connectivity modules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards, including secure boot and OTA update mechanisms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Generative AI and data platforms to improve platform engineering.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews and proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
• Establish and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for embedded systems.
• Mentor development teams and support complex system‑level debugging.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in embedded software development and architecture.
• BE/ME degree in Electronics or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering modular, reusable frameworks for embedded platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
