Electrician – Construction Site Engineer

About the role

Kool Home Builders is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our construction team in Kochi. The role involves ensuring all electrical installations and maintenance tasks on site are performed safely and efficiently, supporting the overall progress of our building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, cables, and related equipment.
• Analyse electrical grid operations to guarantee proper functionality.
• Handle power tools and equipment, and operate site machinery as required.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure system reliability.
• Replace outdated wires, clean circuits, and troubleshoot faulty components.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical supplies and work performed.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction domain.
• Ability to work on-site and adhere to safety standards.

Required skills

• Electrical wiring installation and maintenance.
• Electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints.
• Operation of power equipment and site machinery.
• Routine electrical system inspection.
