Electrical Technician - Plant Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to join our manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The role focuses on maintaining production equipment, ensuring reliability and safe operation of all electrical systems within the factory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
• Service and troubleshoot motors, starters, contactors, relays and overload devices.
• Maintain and repair MCC/PCC and machine electrical panels.
• Inspect and conduct basic troubleshooting of VFDs.
• Maintain pumps, compressors, chillers, filling lines and other factory equipment.
• Execute cable termination and replace electrical components as needed.
• Carry out preventive inspections of motors and related electrical equipment.
• Identify overheating, loose connections and abnormal electrical conditions.
• Ensure safe isolation and restoration of equipment following LOTO procedures.
• Support the Electrical Engineer and coordinate with the factory’s electrical contractor.

Required profile

• ITI Electrician or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5‑10 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to diagnose faults rather than only perform installations.
• Strong knowledge of motors and industrial control panels.
• Understanding of electrical safety and LOTO procedures.
