Electrical System Engineer – Bangalore

About the role

Airbus India is seeking an Electrical System Engineer to join its Bangalore Engineering Center. You will work on electrical load analysis, architecture definition and support the full aircraft lifecycle for commercial aircraft programs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver electrical load analysis for Airbus commercial aircraft, ensuring time, cost and quality targets.
• Support electrical architectural studies and review electrical load lists.
• Perform load analysis at busbar, TRU and generator levels, including overload, load‑flow and voltage‑drop calculations.
• Develop detailed design and analysis reports, select protection devices, and address in‑service issues.
• Create ELA documents, functional diagrams, and conduct ESN (electrical structure network) analysis.
• Carry out feasibility and trade‑off studies for new modifications and fleet configuration management.
• Initiate optimisation studies and propose innovative solutions to improve processes, methods and tools.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of relevant experience in electrical system engineering.
• Willingness to undergo training sessions on operational aspects.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity.
