Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our plant in Naihati, West Bengal. The role involves ensuring the reliable operation of both electrical and mechanical equipment, supporting production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and address breakdowns of electrical and mechanical machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate daily maintenance logs and reports.
• Adhere to safety standards and established maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent ITI trade qualification.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience.
• Willingness to work 10‑hour shifts and occasional shift work if needed.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose equipment faults and perform troubleshooting.
