EE Project Manager / EE Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EE Project Manager/Developer to lead the development of automotive electronic hardware products from concept through production. The role blends project management, technical leadership, hardware design, validation and stakeholder coordination to deliver high‑quality automotive electronics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EE development activities across the product lifecycle, managing planning, risks, milestones and resources.
• Coordinate with system, software, mechanical, quality, manufacturing and test teams, and manage customer, supplier and internal stakeholder interactions.
• Define EE architecture, select components, create BOMs, perform board‑level integration, testing, validation and debugging.
• Support functional safety (ISO 26262), EMC, electrical qualification and system validation activities.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (M.Tech/M.E/M.S is a plus).
• 6‑8 years of experience in automotive electronics development, including board‑level testing and validation.
• Proven experience leading EE projects from concept to production and strong project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Required skills

• Analog and power electronics: buck converters, LDO regulators, MOSFET/BJT switching circuits.
• Passive & active filters, op‑amp applications, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, FlexRay).
• Hardware testing & debugging tools: oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, programmable power supplies, digital multimeters, current & differential voltage probes.
• Microcontroller platforms: Infineon AURIX, Renesas RH series; debugging tools such as Lauterbach.
• Functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and automotive quality standards (AEC‑Q101/Q102, CISPR 25, ISO 16750, ISO 7637‑2, ISO 11452).
