Educational Assistant – Session Support

About the role

The Educational Assistant will support educators by preparing and managing all logistical aspects of classroom sessions. This hands‑on role ensures that teaching materials, equipment, and kits are ready and functional, allowing educators to focus on delivering content.

Key responsibilities

• Set up classrooms and arrange teaching materials before each session.
• Prepare kits, teaching aids, and session bags according to program specifications.
• Check and maintain equipment functionality, label items, and store them properly.
• Manage inventory, update stock registers, and conduct regular quality checks.
• Assist educators during sessions by handling students, ensuring safety, and managing equipment.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as payments, documentation, material delivery, and simple banking activities.
• Submit monthly stock and end‑of‑month reports to the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th grade or higher.
• Age preference: 18‑30 years.
• Valid driving licence and ability to operate a two‑wheeler.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Practical and mechanical work proficiency.
• Previous similar experience is a plus but not mandatory.
