Editorial and Communications Manager

About the role

As an experienced Editorial & Communications professional, you will join Ericsson’s in‑house Marketing & Communications agency (M&C Hub) to shape internal and external messaging across the global organization. You will create and refine a wide range of content while partnering with stakeholders to drive strategic communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit articles, blogs, press releases, social media copy, emails, newsletters, invitations, technical whitepapers, reports and executive summaries.
• Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate drafting, structuring and refining content across formats.
• Produce high‑quality leadership messages, internal announcements, talking points and FAQs, ensuring tone, accuracy and message control.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver communication initiatives, including organizational transformations and change programs.
• Develop integrated communication strategies that align messaging, audience engagement and business objectives.
• Generate content from stakeholder interactions and proactively surface ideas and angles.

Required profile

• Advanced research, editing, creative writing and proofreading abilities, preferably with experience in high‑tech or telecommunications.
• Proven track record designing and delivering change‑communication strategies.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder‑management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience working in an in‑house or creative agency environment on internal and external communications.
• Relevant academic background in communications, journalism, English, literature or related fields from an accredited institution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted content creation tools.
