Early Childhood Teacher – Danapur

About the role

The position is a full‑time, on‑site Teacher role at Dibber’s Danapur centre. You will deliver age‑appropriate, play‑based lessons that follow Dibber’s Nordic‑inspired pedagogy, fostering curiosity, creativity and social‑emotional growth in young children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily lessons aligned with the experiential, play‑based curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Guide children’s social and emotional development and monitor their progress.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers about children’s learning and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, indoor and outdoor activities.
• Maintain classroom resources, ensure hygiene, safety and child‑protection standards.
• Participate in staff training, meetings and school events.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in early childhood or preschool settings.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with children, parents and team members.
• Ability to create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment and manage a classroom effectively.
• Willingness to adopt Nordic‑inspired pedagogy and engage in continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Basic digital skills for documentation and communication.
