Driver Onboarding Agent (Field Role)

About the role
Clixi is a fast‑growing mobility platform serving Himachal Pradesh. As a Driver Onboarding Agent you will meet local taxi, bike‑taxi and delivery drivers, help them join the app and ensure they can start earning quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Approach and recruit local drivers to sign up for the Clixi platform.
- Assist drivers with app installation, KYC documentation and wallet top‑up.
- Explain key app features, safety requirements and government guidelines.
- Collect and report daily onboarding numbers and field insights to the operations team.
Required profile
- Based in Himachal Pradesh with knowledge of local transport networks.
- 0–2 years experience in field sales, driver recruitment or similar roles.
- Friendly, approachable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet drivers.
Required skills
- Basic smartphone and app handling abilities.
