About the role

UNICEF is seeking a reliable Driver (G‑2) to provide safe transportation services in Patna, India. The role involves operating UNICEF vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and organizational protocols, and supporting office operations during non‑driving periods.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable driving services for staff and program activities.
• Perform routine vehicle care, maintenance checks, and ensure vehicle readiness.
• Utilize digital tools and tracking systems for trip planning and monitoring.
• Document trips, complete reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and be prepared for emergency response.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support office operations when the vehicle is idle.
