Driver – Full‑time On‑site in Chennai

About the role

We are looking for a reliable full‑time driver to join our team in Chennai. The role involves operating company‑assigned vehicles safely, following designated routes, and supporting our logistics and client‑service operations on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicle(s) in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct basic pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for use.
• Transport goods or passengers according to schedule, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Complete and submit accurate logs, delivery documentation, and incident reports.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to management.
• Interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Assist with other transportation‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education.
• Prior experience as a professional driver is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting.
• Reliability, integrity, strong focus on safety and punctuality.
