Draughtsman – Construction Drawing & BOQ Management

About the role

The Draughtsman will create and manage Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for new store openings, ensuring that civil packages are accurately documented. The role combines virtual site coordination, stakeholder engagement and ownership of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to support the company’s retail expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Produce GFC drawings for civil packages using AutoCAD.
• Understand site conditions and coordinate virtually with on‑site teams.
• Liaise with internal departments (Real Estate, Business Development, Design, Business Operations) and external vendors to drive new store projects.
• Own and maintain the BOQ for business expansion, ensuring accurate cost tracking.
• Support design and project coordination, procurement activities and vendor management.

Required profile

• Experience in design and project coordination within civil or construction environments.
• Ability to manage procurement and BOQ processes.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
