About the role
We are seeking a Domestic Recruiter based in Hyderabad to support our US‑based clients. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for contract and CTH (Contract-to-Hire) positions, working within a 1 PM‑10 PM IST shift.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist qualified profiles.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track and report recruitment metrics for US client assignments.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the Indian market, specifically serving US clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract and CTH hiring.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Comfortable working the 1 PM‑10 PM IST shift.
Required skills
