Domestic IT Recruiter (Hyderabad)

About the role

Vaanvee Group is looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for multiple IT positions across its client base in India. Based in Hyderabad, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, source talent, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for IT roles, from requirement gathering to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define clear job specifications and hiring criteria.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical fit, experience and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in internal systems.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and market intelligence for the IT hiring landscape.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT recruitment focused on domestic (India) hiring.
• Proven ability to manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR or Business specialization is a plus.
• Prior agency or consulting experience recruiting for multiple IT skill levels is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri.
• Proficiency with professional networking platforms, especially LinkedIn.
