Doctor – Clinical Practice in Aurangabad

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Doctor to join our multidisciplinary team in Aurangabad. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering comprehensive clinical care to out‑patients and in‑patients, ensuring patient safety and high‑quality treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations and manage inpatient care, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Order, interpret and act upon diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and perform or assist with relevant procedures.
• Maintain detailed and confidential medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention strategies, and treatment options.
• Participate in case discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

Required profile

• Medical degree (e.g., B.A.M.S., M.S. in Ras Shastra) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the appropriate medical council or licensing authority.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and treatment planning abilities for acute and chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse patients and staff.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and evidence‑based guidelines.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities.
