District Manager – Hematology – Indore

About the role

The District Manager will drive business growth for the Oncology/Hematology franchise in the assigned territory, building strong relationships with healthcare practitioners and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by planning and executing territory coverage, calling doctors and hospital pharmacies regularly.
• Map territory potential, assess market trends, and develop new doctor relationships.
• Collect orders from distributors, ensure stock availability, and submit sales reports promptly.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders through scientific activities and continuous medical education.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including medical affairs and area business managers, for seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Oncology or Hematology.
• B.Pharm or B.Sc required; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.
• Good communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
