Distribution Requirements Planner

About the role

The Distribution Requirements Planner (DRP) is a key position responsible for managing stock movements across a global supply‑chain network. You will ensure optimal inventory levels at plants and warehouses while minimizing distribution costs and supporting product continuity for the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an 18‑month shipment plan for imported spirits, tracking weekly and monthly buckets.
• Report KPIs, conduct monthly calls, and manage weekly health trackers and risk assessments.
• Coordinate supply of imported products with manufacturing plants and logistics teams.
• Act as the single point of contact for ISC Supply Centers and demand teams to guarantee product continuity.
• Own and maintain master data in SAP, SAP APO and OMP to ensure seamless demand flow.
• Monitor sales and out‑of‑stock situations, set up stock transfer orders (STO) via SAP PO, and manage stock movements across the network.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the supply plan, communicate changes to stakeholders, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Manage product life‑cycle transitions and slow‑moving stock to minimize write‑offs and double handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in distribution or supply‑chain planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with production, logistics, and market teams.
• Ability to manage master data and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
