Dispatch Specialist

About the role

ABB is looking for a Dispatch Specialist to join its Electrification business within the Distribution Solutions division in Nashik. You will be responsible for handling parts, semi‑finished and final products in the warehouse and ensuring smooth flow between storage and the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Sort and arrange material for storage according to company guidelines.
• Pick components from stock for dispatch and pack them onto pallets.
• Transport boxes and manage collection, storage, and other warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform finished‑goods stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Apply 5S principles to keep the warehouse organized and efficient.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration (full‑time).
• 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, inbound/outbound logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth delivery execution.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 5S warehouse practices.
