Discord Community Manager

About the role
We are looking for a passionate Discord Community Manager to lead and grow our online community. You will be the main point of contact for members, ensuring lively conversations and a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Moderate and manage the Discord server, welcoming new members and keeping discussions active.
- Answer creator questions, provide support, and maintain community documentation.
- Plan and execute weekly announcements, tips, challenges, AMAs and creator spotlights.
- Collect feedback, analyze community metrics and continuously improve the member experience.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Discord or community management.
- Strong written English and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working US business hours.
- Organised, proactive and focused on community wellbeing.
