About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead its SAP SD Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role involves guiding clients through SAP implementation, optimisation and training to achieve operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new capabilities beyond current comfort zones to stay ahead of technology trends.
• Identify and resolve issues that hinder team performance and project delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members, recognising strengths and encouraging ownership of development.
• Analyse complex proposals and generate actionable recommendations.
• Leverage multiple information sources, including stakeholder perspectives, to craft solutions.
• Address sub‑standard work and ensure deliverables meet firm and client expectations.
• Utilise data and insights to inform conclusions and drive decision‑making.
