About the role
The Director of Sales will lead all selling activities for Hyatt House Bangalore Devanahalli, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will work closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue‑generating departments to maximise hotel sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the hotel’s sales strategy in line with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with Rooms, F&B and other departments to create integrated revenue‑generation plans.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance insights to senior management.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Sales, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales in a larger operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
