Director of IT Enterprise Services

About the role

Cvent is seeking a seasoned leader to head its global IT Enterprise Services function. Reporting to senior IT leadership, the Director will oversee a diverse team delivering critical technology support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a global team of 20+ technicians, engineers, team leads, and managers.
• Provide Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 support for more than 40 distinct IT services.
• Design and deliver training programs for employees on IT tools and processes.
• Monitor service availability and ensure compliance with service‑level agreements.
• Manage office infrastructure, including hardware and software asset inventories.
• Act as functional manager for the enterprise services portfolio, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, distributed IT support teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on employee development.
• Ability to oversee multiple service lines and prioritize initiatives.
• Experience in a global, fast‑growing technology environment.
