About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will lead all food and beverage operations across the hotel’s restaurants, banquet venues and in‑room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet business needs.
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, banquet functions and in‑room dining, introducing innovative methods.
• Drive optimum operating results while delivering the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
• Ensure innovative food displays and execute promotional activities that enhance the guest experience.
• Take ownership of guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain banquet standards that exceed guest expectations.
• Act as an Accor Ambassador to enhance the company’s image and market reputation.

• Proven leadership experience in food and beverage management within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong operational expertise with a focus on guest satisfaction.
