About the role

The Director of Finance will lead the Finance & Accounting division at Hyatt Pune, ensuring operations align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the efficient running of the finance division in line with corporate strategies.
Maintain high standards of financial management across the organization.
Ensure smooth and accurate operation of the Finance & Accounting functions.
Collaborate with other departments to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Required profile

University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
CA certification is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Director of Finance or Finance Manager in a larger operation.
Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
