About the role
We are seeking a Director of Construction to lead end‑to‑end EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and procurement activities for a reputable real‑estate developer. The position is based in the National Capital Region (NCR) and is open to candidates who are already located in the NCR market or are willing to relocate.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full EPC cycle for residential, luxury and commercial projects.
- Manage procurement processes, supplier selection and contract negotiations to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to align project execution with client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks throughout construction phases.
Required profile
- Senior construction professional with extensive experience in EPC and procurement.
- Proven track record in luxury or commercial real‑estate projects.
- Willingness to work in, or relocate to, the NCR market.
