Director, India Innovation – Customer Success

About the role

As the Director of India Innovation within the Customer Success team, you will lead senior‑level initiatives that drive AI‑first transformation and deliver high‑impact insights for strategic Innovation and BASES engagements across India.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for India Innovation Customer Success, overseeing people management and client delivery for strategic Innovation/BASES projects.
• Partner with commercial teams to identify value‑added insights, support cross‑selling and upselling, and lead senior client conversations.
• Champion AI‑first ways of working by embedding automation, prompting, and AI‑enabled insight generation into day‑to‑day delivery.
• Act as a trusted consulting partner for global and regional Innovation/BASES clients, engaging C‑suite stakeholders and safeguarding high‑value relationships.
• Own delivery of complex Innovation/BASES studies, ensuring analytical quality, compelling storytelling, and actionable recommendations.
• Translate data into insights, develop issue‑based analyses, and present findings to senior client audiences.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop the India Innovation Customer Success team, setting performance objectives and fostering a strong, collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in consulting, innovation, or customer success within a data‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior client stakeholders, including C‑suite, and to drive revenue‑focused conversations.
• Deep understanding of Innovation/BASES methodologies, frameworks, and AI‑enabled delivery models.
• Strong track record of managing high‑performing teams and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
