Director – Cybersecurity GTM (GCC Advisory)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Director to lead PwC’s cybersecurity go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for Global Capability Center (GCC) advisory in India. The role combines deep cyber security expertise with business development to build new accounts and drive revenue across the GCC ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert net‑new GCC accounts for PwC’s cybersecurity portfolio, building a robust pipeline.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite leaders such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and GCC heads.
• Develop market intelligence on sector‑specific cyber risk and buying behaviour to craft value propositions.
• Lead proposal development, commercial structuring and delivery of multi‑service cyber engagements (strategy, transformation, managed services, incident response, cloud security, OT/IoT security).
• Co‑create and execute the annual GTM plan, including campaigns, events and thought‑leadership activities.
• Own revenue targets and order‑book for the assigned sector and account portfolio.
• Collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure solution feasibility and smooth transition from sale to delivery.

Required profile

• 15‑20+ years of experience, with a substantial portion in business development or GTM roles within professional services, global systems integrators or large security product companies.
• Proven track record of originating and closing new‑logo cyber security and digital risk deals.
• Extensive network of C‑level security contacts (CISO, CIO, CTO) across GCCs operating in India.
• Strong understanding of GCC ecosystem, sector‑specific cyber risk landscapes and dual‑stakeholder environments.
• Executive presence, storytelling ability and consultative selling skills.
