Direct Tax Professional

About the role

We are seeking a Direct Tax Professional to join our Gurugram office and support clients with comprehensive direct tax services. The role involves handling income tax returns, compliance, and advisory tasks for individuals and businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with senior tax consultants to ensure accurate filing and timely resolution of tax notices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns and perform tax computations for diverse client portfolios.
• Manage TDS and other direct tax compliance obligations.
• Address Income Tax notices, assessments, and represent clients before tax authorities.
• Conduct tax audits and provide advisory support on tax planning and optimization.
• Stay updated on changes in income‑tax provisions and apply them to client cases.

Required profile

• CA qualification preferred, or a strong background in direct tax.
• Relevant experience in direct tax matters.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
