Direct Sales Executive – Hyderabad

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad team. You will be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Present our IT products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and networking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and report performance metrics.
• Gather customer feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts in line with company policies.
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Produce monthly sales reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within software or IT services.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline and customer management.
