Digital Trust Tutor – Training & Mentoring

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Trust Tutor to deliver and mentor public and in‑house training courses aligned with BSI’s standards of excellence. The role focuses on building knowledge and skills in information security, IT service management, business continuity, data privacy and risk management for delegates and fellow tutors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver BSI‑approved training courses in classroom, virtual or hybrid formats across the listed domains.
• Mentor and qualify new and existing tutors on teaching competencies, contemporary learning styles and accelerated learning techniques.
• Provide feedback for course development and advise on the design of training solutions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
• Engage with key clients from proposal through delivery, managing expectations and proposing suitable training solutions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of information security, IT service management, business continuity, data privacy and risk management.
• Experience in delivering public or corporate training in the ITES sector.
• Ability to coach and develop other trainers, fostering continuous improvement.
• Professionalism and ethical conduct aligned with BSI’s values.
