Digital & Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to lead online growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation for our portfolio of home appliance brands. You will shape data‑driven strategies across paid, organic, and marketplace channels, ensuring optimal return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media plans across digital and offline channels, managing vendors and media buying.
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and Flipkart.
• Design full‑funnel growth strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and retention for D2C and e‑commerce.
• Monitor campaign performance with analytics tools, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights.
• Manage paid marketplace campaigns, improve product visibility, keywords, and conversion rates.
• Lead SEO initiatives and collaborate with content teams to boost organic traffic.
• Coordinate internal teams and external agencies, aligning execution with brand objectives.
• Own digital budgets, produce leadership‑level reports, and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Background in FMCG, consumer durables, or D2C/e‑commerce brands is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities using Google Analytics and dashboard tools.
• Proven record of delivering ROI‑focused campaigns.
• Experience managing teams, agencies, and large budgets.
