Digital Marketing Strategist (4‑5 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist who puts the brand and its audience at the heart of every campaign. You will translate brand positioning into digital strategies that drive meaningful results across Meta, Google, and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Understand brand positioning, personality and target audience behaviour before planning any media activity.
• Develop and execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns, managing targeting, budgets and objectives.
• Lead Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) initiatives across multiple brands.
• Plan and run Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
• Provide creative direction to content teams based on brand insights.
• Track performance, analyse data and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
• Present strategies, campaign results and insights directly to clients.
• Collaborate with creative, content and strategy teams while handling several brands simultaneously.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and its impact on digital communication.
• Ability to build digital strategies starting from brand fundamentals, not platform shortcuts.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Experience working with multiple brands, preferably in an agency setting.
