Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive student lead generation and admissions for Veranda RACE courses across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka. You will own performance‑marketing campaigns, optimise conversion funnels and ensure high‑quality leads turn into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads for multiple courses and locations.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing and continuously improve CPL and conversion rates.
• Build end‑to‑end funnels (ad → landing page → lead → follow‑up → admission) and optimise landing‑page messaging in Tamil and English.
• Collaborate with tele‑calling and admissions teams to enhance lead quality and track lead‑to‑admission conversion.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics and CRM tools (Zoho or similar), reporting daily spend, CPL, ROI and course‑specific results.
• Work with design and content teams on ad creatives, video hooks and landing‑page copy to align with student and job‑aspirant audiences.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong focus on lead generation, funnel optimisation and measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with the EdTech or coaching sector and the South Indian market (TN, KL, KA).
