Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance)

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance‑focused campaigns across paid channels. The role involves planning, launching, and optimizing ads to drive lead generation, conversions, and measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other dashboards.
• Produce regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with overall goals.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• MBA/PGDM from a reputable institution (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
