Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist focused on paid media to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns. The role will boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement across digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns on SEO, SEM, social, email and content channels.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Manage paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Create and oversee content initiatives such as blogs, website copy, email newsletters and social posts.
• Monitor website performance with analytics tools, recommend improvements and optimise conversion funnels.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign metrics, ROI and budget utilisation.
• Maintain social media accounts, foster community engagement and respond to audience interactions.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, sales teams and external agencies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
• Proficiency with analytics and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and project‑management abilities.
