Digital Marketing Specialist (On-site, Kolkata)

About the role

WBH Digital Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Kolkata office. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing multi‑channel online campaigns that drive leads, conversions and revenue for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars, schedule posts and engage communities.
• Implement SEO best practices for client websites and local search listings.
• Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools and produce regular reports.
• Analyse data to provide actionable recommendations that improve return on ad spend.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content coordination and community engagement.
• Ability to interpret web analytics data and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in an agency or performance‑driven environment is a plus.
