About the role

Parampariyam.in is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen its online presence and drive growth. Based in Karur, you will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that boost brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and report key metrics.
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy.
• Engage with online audiences, respond to queries, and support seasonal promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of digital and online marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
