Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow the online presence of our real‑estate brand. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution, using data, creativity and AI‑powered tools to generate high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise end‑to‑end digital campaigns across social, email and display channels.
• Manage paid media on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
• Maintain and improve the company website, social profiles and online reputation.
• Develop a content calendar aligned with real‑estate marketing cycles.
• Analyse performance data, produce insights and continuously refine campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO and HubSpot to automate and accelerate workflows.
• Collaborate with creative, sales and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track KPIs, prepare monthly reports and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Proven track record in SEO/SEM, paid media and email marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Meta Business Suite.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real marketing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
