Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team in Kannur. You will own performance‑focused campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, using data to boost brand awareness, traffic, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute performance‑based social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Analyze campaign metrics, conduct A/B testing, and apply optimization techniques to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA and ROAS.
• Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and monitor ROI.
• Utilize audience segmentation, retargeting, and social listening tools to reach high‑value customers.
• Perform competitor analysis and stay current with market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of performance‑marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven record of delivering successful paid‑media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce KPIs, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with budget management and performance tracking.
