Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a versatile and result‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team in Chennai. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across SEO/AEO, paid media, social, content and email channels to boost brand visibility, traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch multi‑channel digital campaigns covering SEO/AEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
• Manage paid advertising on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, handling budget allocation, targeting and ongoing optimisation.
• Develop and maintain a LinkedIn social media strategy and content calendar.
• Create copy for blogs, landing pages, social posts, ad creatives and email newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO activities, including keyword research and content optimisation.
• Design and execute email marketing programmes with segmentation, automation and performance tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing regular dashboards for stakeholders.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to inform strategy.
• Manage marketing budgets across channels to maximise ROIC.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure consistent branding.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with a creative, detail‑oriented mindset.
