About the role

Adox Global Pvt. Ltd., a leading digital marketing agency based in Kochi, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns for its diverse client base. The role focuses on delivering measurable growth through strategic paid‑search initiatives and close collaboration with SEO, social, creative and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance and maximise ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve client objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, AI tools and digital‑marketing trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads.
• Hands‑on experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
