Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive AIMS Institutes' online presence, generate high‑quality student leads and boost brand visibility across digital channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Admissions, the role blends creativity with data‑driven optimisation to support admissions and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust targeting and creative to improve lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.
• Generate and nurture student leads through landing pages, forms and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to increase lead‑to‑enrollment conversion.
• Manage AIMS Institutes' social media profiles, create engaging posts, reels, videos, blogs and testimonials.
• Maintain and update the institutional website, applying SEO best practices and conducting keyword research.
• Track and report digital KPIs using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of student recruitment cycles and higher‑education marketing.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent written communication for content creation and digital storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively with admissions and academic teams.
