Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Experience Makers, a leading event management company in Kochi, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online promotion of its diverse events and services. This full‑time, on‑site position will plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid and organic digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage and grow social‑media channels, create editorial calendars and produce engaging content.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare regular performance reports and adjust strategies to improve reach and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with events and sales teams to align digital initiatives with upcoming projects and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Stay informed about the latest digital‑marketing trends and best practices relevant to the event‑management industry.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing, including campaign planning, optimisation and lead generation.
• Proficiency in social‑media marketing, content scheduling and audience engagement.
• Experience with web‑analytics, data interpretation and actionable insight generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in events, hospitality or entertainment is a plus.
